The ISPCAN Secretariat has a new, energized team who works closely with our Councilors to run the day-to-day operations for ISPCAN. Our team’s focus is on customer service and simplifying and automating our processes as well as delivering more progressive and relevant products and services to our members. In 2017, we introduced mini-conference training programs and our monthly webinar series, and have recently updated our e-learning courses and multidisciplinary training materials. In 2018, we have many plans in development, including engaging more with youth, starting a mentoring/apprenticeship program to connect novice and experienced professionals, and creating an ISPCAN Ambassador program to help reach more professionals in more disciplines. What we are missing is input from you! Please consider taking a few minutes to provide input into ways that we can enhance your membership.

We are continually seeking ways to better connect our members! We have been updating our website weekly to ensure that we are providing you with the latest resources, tools and communication to support your efforts in the area of child welfare internationally.

Our greatest resource however is YOU, our members, and the vast expertise, experience and efforts you bring to the treatment and prevention of child abuse and neglect around the world.

We want to do more to bring value to your ISPCAN membership and most importantly, to get to know each one of you better. To achieve this objective, we would like to introduce our new Members in Action spotlight. Each month we will highlight 3-5 ISPCAN members and how they impact child welfare in their regions. Our goal is to highlight EVERY member to better understand how each of you contribute and make a difference in the lives of children in your region.
