I speak on IDD and mental health in the House of Lords in London, UK. I am a retired psychiatrist and psychodynamic psychotherapist and academic with more than 35 years experience working with children and adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities. I was a founder member of the Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Minors 2014-17 and currently chair the Scientific Advisory Board of the Centre for Child Protection, Pontifical Gregorian University Rome.
