For my PhD research, I’m aiming to develop a school-based prevention strategy (using teaching modules and digital education as blended learning) to equip children with knowledge about (online) sexual abuse. I’m particularly keen on addressing livestream of CSA since in many cases parents facilitate the abuse of their own children.
I acknowledge that in order to eliminate the problem – individual, interpersonal, and, societal risk factors, as well as macro-level drivers, have to be addressed. However, given the limited scope and resource of my PhD, I’m wondering if you have encountered any evidence-based programmes addressing online child sexual abuse and exploitation/ live streaming of child sexual abuse, or maybe child sexual abuse that would be adaptable for this type of violence?
I would appreciate all your thoughts and recommendations. 🙂
