ISPCAN Members

To qualify for ISPCAN Member rates, you must Login BEFORE you register.


A one year ISPCAN Membership is free as part of your registration, and provides you full access to all member only benefits, including the ISPCAN Journal, ICAST tools, free webinars, discounts to ISPCAN events and access to the global network of members.   Click HERE to learn more about ISPCAN Member benefits.  We look forward toward supporting you and engaging with you throughout the year!

Residents of Developing Countries Discounts

If you currently reside in a country designated as a Low or Middle Income country by the World Bank, ISPCAN is pleased to provide special registration rate discounts.  To check whether your country of residence is designated as “Developed” or “Developing”, please see click  HERE  for the World Bank Country Classifications.

Students & Recently qualified professionals

We highly value your participation in all ISPCAN and child protection endeavors.  You must be an ISPCAN student member and be logged in to receive this discount.



Each delegate will receive an automatic email and invoice from ISPCAN confirming registration and payment.  If you need assistance with your invoice to break out the charges for the all inclusive resort and separate accommodation costs, please contact us at [email protected]

Hotel Confirmation

Each delegate purchasing hotel accommodations at the Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa must do so through the ISPCAN registration website to receive the discounted rate, but you will a receive a confirmation email directly from the hotel.  This email will include important confirmation and reservation numbers. 

Payment Options

Credit card payments and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.  Please submit this form to request wire payment option.  Wire transfers will be subject to a $35 additional bank fee.  


No refunds unless proof of visa denial are provided.

Visa Letter Request Form: Once you have registered, you will have the option of requesting an invitation letter for your visa processing.
