Exhibits are now sold out.
The 2014 Congress will be host to approximately 1,800 delegates from Japan and around the world representing the fields of medicine, nursing, administration, mental health (psychology and psychiatry), social work, child welfare and advocacy, law and law enforcement, education and research. It provides you with the opportunity to display your information and resources, present your materials and network with professionals from many different countries. This chance to network and expand your outreach only happens once every two years, so we encourage you to take part now!
This year there are two types of exhibit opportunities available at the 2014 ISPCAN Congress on Child Abuse and Neglect. First is a traditional exhibit booth that measures 300 cm square (9 ft by 9 ft) and comes with a table and two chairs. Second is a panel exhibit opportunity where you receive a panel measuring 180 cm wide (5½ ft) and a small table (180cm by 45 cm/5½ by 1½ ft). This second type of exhibit is excellent for presenting posters or other written material and where you would have very few hand-outs or items to display.
Costs are based on whether your organization is a non-profit or a for-profit as well as whether you are registered as a delegate for the Congress or are only coming to exhibit. The prices are as follows:
