|Executive Council Elections 2012|
Dear ISPCAN Members:
We are pleased to announce the Executive Council 2012 Election. The ISPCAN Executive Council has 21 members. Councilors may serve a maximum of two consecutive six-year terms. Seven (7) positions on the Council will become available in 2012. The seven (7) elected candidates will each serve a six (6) year term, beginning in September 2012 and remain effective until 2018.
Votes can be submitted online or by fax, mail or email and must be received by 1 May 2012. Voting results will be announced before the ISPCAN International Congress in Istanbul, Turkey (9-12 September 2012).
Voting has closed. Note, only Standard and Associate Members in good standing are permitted to vote in Council Elections. If your membership is expired, you will be directed to the renewal page. In addition, Honorary Members do not have voting rights, in accordance with paragraph 21.90 of ISPCAN's Standing Orders.
The ISPCAN Nominating Committee respectfully submits for your consideration the slate of fourteen (14) candidates for the position of Executive Councilor. The order in which the names appear on the ballot was determined by a double blind draw conducted by the Parliamentarian/Legal Advisor.
