The preferred method of registration is via the conference website. Alternatively, the paper registration form may be faxed, mailed or emailed to the Conference Secretariat. We encourage you to register by June 11, 2005 and take advantage of the “Early-Bird Registration Rate”. Each registrant must complete two separate forms: one for registration and one for accommodation. Please note that the accommodation form needs to be submitted directly to the chosen hotel. Thus, separate payment is required for registration and accommodation.

Registration fee includes:

Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located in the main foyer of the Estrel Hotel and Convention Center and will be open every day of the conference.We advise that you collect your registration satchel as soon as possible after your arrival. Registration desk hours will be posted on the conference website.

Lunch Options

The cost of lunches is not included in the registration fee. However, there are limited lunch options at the conference center. We recommend that you pre-pay and reserve a lunch option (baguette, lunch box or lunch buffet) for Monday and Tuesday when you fill out the online registration form. Advance confirmation/payment will ensure the lunch of your choice within the lunch schedule. The lunch options might not be available to onsite registrants.

Registration Acknowledgement
Your registration will be acknowledged electronically or via facsimile within a week of receipt of the registration form. Registration fees will be calculated based on the date of the receipt of payment (not the date of receipt of the registration form).

Alterations
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be made in writing via:

Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation requests must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing. Cancellations received until August 1, 2005 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of € 75,00. ISPCAN membership fees collected with the “New/Renewing Member” registration fee (€ 85 for delegates from developed countries and € 40 for developing country professionals) will not be refunded at any time, but will be applied to 2005 membership immediately upon registration. Registration fee refunds for cancellations received after August 1, 2005 will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Conference provided the Conference Secretariat is advised in writing.

On-site Registration
We encourage all delegates to register by June 11, 2005 and take advantage of the “Early-Bird Registration Rate”. If you have not registered by September 10, 2005, you will need to register on-site. On-Site Registrants are not guaranteed Conference materials.
