The International Society for Prevention of Child Abuse and
Neglect (ISPCAN), founded in 1977, is a multidisciplinary
international organization that brings together a worldwide
cross-section of committed professionals to work
towards the prevention and treatment of child abuse, neglect
and exploitation globally.
ISPCAN's Mission is to support individuals and organizations
working to protect children from abuse and neglect
worldwide. Its goal is to prevent maltreatment of children
in every nation, whether it is in the form of physical, sexual
or emotional abuse, neglect, street children, child prostitution,
child labor and other forms.
ISPCAN has more than 1,700 members in over 100
countries. ISPCAN membership is open to anyone.

International Journal, a well-known monthly publication
