Location: Hawai’i Convention Center
Cost: Included in the registration fee. The tickets will not be automatically allocated, so please mark on the registration form that you will be attending to receive the tickets onsite. Additional and/or accompanying person tickets are US$50 per person.

The Welcome Reception will be held at the prestigious Hawai’i Convention Center, a state-of-the-art meeting facility located at the entrance of Waikiki on the island of O`ahu. The reception is where old friends meet and new acquaintances and delegates gather for an enjoyable conversation. Refreshments will be served.

Location: Hale Koa Hotel
Cost: (not included in registration fee)
US$45 / person for delegates from developing countries
US$50 / person for delegates from developed countries
US$55 / person for all accompanying persons

Aloha! ISPCAN participants will be honored guests at a Polynesian lu’au at the renowned Hale Koa Hotel where the splendor and spectacle of an ancient Hawaiian tradition comes alive! After entering the tropical garden, you will experience an authentic imu (Hawaiian underground oven) ceremony, the graceful hula, and a live fire knife dance, followed by a bountiful feast of authentic local flavors. The Hale Koa Hotel is just a short walk from the Hawai’i Convention Center. There are a limited number of seats available, so be sure to sign up for the lu’au early.
