Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation requests must be sent to the Congress Secretariat in writing. Cancellations received until
August 1, 2008 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of US$100.00. ISPCAN membership fees collected with the “New/Renewing Member” registration fee ($130 for delegates from developed countries and $50 for developing country professionals) and the ACA membership fee of HK$150 will not be refunded at any time, but will be applied to 2008 membership immediately upon registration.
Registration fee refunds for cancellations received after August 1, 2008 will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the Congress.
Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Congress provided the Congress Secretariat is advised in writing.
Delegates who do not attend the Congress are not eligible for any refunds.
Registration Acknowledgement
Your registration will be acknowledged electronically or via facsimile within a week of receipt of registration form. Registration fees will be calculated based on the date of the receipt of payment (not the date of receipt of the registration form).
On-site Registration
We encourage all delegates to register by June 10, 2008 and take advantage of the “Early-Bird Registration Rate.” If you have not registered by 29 August 2008 you will need to register on-site and pay on-site registration fee. On-Site registrants are not guaranteed Congress materials. Onsite registration is not encouraged because of limited space.
