The exhibition hours are subject to change. Exhibitors will be notified if a change in hours is necessary. T A B L E-T O P E X H I B I T SEach exhibit area occupies a floor space of around 4 sqm (2m x 2m), which will include the following:
Table locations will be available on a first-come-first-served basis. Exhibition space will be allocated in the order of receipt of booking form with payment. No refund will be arranged for the No-show exhibitors.
R E G I S T R A T I O N
Exhibition package includes one complimentary exhibitor registration. The second exhibitor can register at the additional fee of US$ 450 / HK$ 3510 per person for commercial exhibitors and US$ 250 / HK$ 1,950 for non-profit organizations. This entitles their company representative(s) to all morning/afternoon teas and the Welcome Reception. An upgrade to a full registration is available for an additional fee of US$ 200 / HK$ 1,560 per person. This will entitled you to participate in the Congress Sessions, a copy of the Final Program & Abstract Book, and all morning/afternoon teas, and ticket to the Welcome Reception. |
