Keynote Address: “Prevention of Abuse and Neglect: The Role of Schools and Communities.”
Description: The Master Class provides an opportunity to learn from senior scholars about their research and experiences in the field. David Wolfe, PhD, Director of CAMH, Centre for Prevention Science at The University of Toronto, will serve as the keynote speaker and facilitator for this class. His keynote entitled “Prevention of Abuse and Neglect: The Role of Schools and Communities,” will address the critical role of schools and communities in the prevention of abuse and neglect using examples from evaluated programs that focus on healthy relationships, safety and violence prevention.
