Most of the documents provided here were developed by a team of ISPCAN Staff and external consultants (Margaret Lynch and Joyce Caldwell), with advice from ISPCAN Council Members, particularly Irene Intebi and Bernadette Madrid. Some are revisions of earlier versions. ISPCAN is making these documents available on our website so that project staff may access and utilize them readily. As more resource materials become available ISPCAN will make them available on our website. We also request that Project Leaders send ISPCAN materials that they develop, for us to review and possibly disseminate through this website. We also would like to know about good resources (on capacity building/training on child protection) that other organizations or individuals have developed. We would like to review and possibly post them on our website, with their permission of course. One of the items below is a “Checklist for Review of Materials,” which we will use to review and revise training materials, before making them broadly available to other ITPI projects. Another item included here is “Profile of Training Materials,” a tool you can use to recommend materials for us to review and disseminate. We welcome and encourage your recommendations. We are very grateful to all who helped in reviewing and developing these materials.

Curriculum
Curricula documents below are drafts. As decided by ISPCAN Councilors at their meeting held in Manila, we are making them available to ISPCAN project leaders for their use in ITPI projects. ISPCAN requests project leaders to send us reviews and suggestions on changes they would recommend. We want these materials to be culturally and locally relevant and appropriate. Our goal is that the trainers in developing countries find these materials user-friendly. These curricula materials are the result of a two-year project of three ICPCAN Curriculum Development Committees: Interdisciplinary, Medical and Mental Health.
