International Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect

The only multidisciplinary international organization that brings together a worldwide cross-section of committed professionals to work toward the prevention and treatment of child abuse, neglect and exploitation globally.

Every single day 5 children die because of child abuse, while many more suffer life long consequences.  Over 1 billion children worldwide experience violence annually.  For 40 years, ISPCAN has worked to reduce this preventable tragedy.

It is not acceptable.

Become a member, volunteer, partner with us, or donate to support training in developing countries.  Each professional with the right tools may see thousands of children over their careers.  We can change entire systems of care with best practices, better laws, and coordinated care so children thrive despite this this tragedy– in every country around the world.  With better prevention tools we could stop this problem from ever happening.  With you, we can envision a world with a safety net for children that one day will be free from violence and neglect.

Join us now in making a difference.
